Over the past 13 years, we have developed the 'Perfect Match System' to make the process of buying, renting or selling park models and manufactured homes much easier and less time consumer. Potential buyers may simply complete a comprehensive questionnaire outlining their various options for this specialized market.

We then'match' the desired criteria of buyers/renters with the specifications of available properties/communities. This may include criteria such as price range, availability, size,
along with community options including lifestyle fees, age restrictions,and pet
policies,locations, regulations, etc.

Once and if a buyer locates a home though our service either by visiting the www.azActiveResorts.com web site or through the Perfect Match System, they simply contact our office and identify the property reference code (assigned to each web site property listing) and provide the contact information and date/time they would like to see the home. We then contact the seller, provide the buyers contact information and/or setup an appointment to view the home.
